Excessive drop in pavement

Reported via desktop in the Pavements category anonymously at 20:23, Friday 2 July 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

On the corner of rowney place and spencer crescent this has always been a problem and it was hoped that last week 29/6/21 that it would be fixed as there was people digging the pavement and resurfacing the very part that is the problem today 2/7/21 i went out on my mobility scooter and fell off the kerb due to the way it had been repaired it has a very very big problem with a steep valley and it was very hard to avoid and impossible to get out of i think that who ever done this repair was out of there skull to do what they done and know absolutely nothing and had no consideration for wheelchairs or mobility scooters

Having travelled to my local shop and nearly coming to a serious injury as i know the kerb is faulty i kept to the fence line only to find a hole has now appeared and the pavement is falling away the hole is about 18 inches in length about six inches wide and about two feet deep luckily i managed to swerve before my scooter went down it but i landed up on the road as there seems to be no report or any up dates on this part of the pavement at spencer crescent / rowney place i assume the hole that has appeared has not been reported
