My mobility scooter tipped over yesterday into the road with myself in it as I was trying to drive along this pavement. It has recently been tarmacked and is far too dangerous for mobility scooter users, such as myself. Once a scooter starts tipping there is no way to stop it as it is extremely heavy. Fortunately there was no car travelling along that stretch at the time. It would be a very different story If there had been.
