Back shield results in pathway to park being very dark at nights.

Reported via mobile in the Street lighting category anonymously at 16:42, Thu 24 June 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This is a new lamp but it was installed with a back shield which causes the pathway and entrance to the park to be very dark at night and potentially unsafe.

  • I would like to report another problem. Street lamp number 9 is not lighting. This lamp is on the footpath adjacent to the garden wall of 84 Medina Gardens. It is extremely dark in the evenings more so at this time of the year and can be a real source of concern to residents using this footpath.

  • I would like to report another problem under Tree roots and footpaths. The footpath at the side of my home is cracking and I suspect this is due to the roots of the large tree(s) alongside the footpath. I am worried that if this is indeed the case that it would eventually cause damage to my garden wall. I would appreciate it if this problem could be investigated. My address is 84 Medina Gardens, Bicester, OX26 2TP.
