Failed Lamp

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Street light 4, on Wootton Road, just South of John Mason School, has failed. Since my earlier report of 22 Feb about this lamp, I have seen it lit on many occasions but I also regularly see that it is out-of-action again after midnight. This lamp seems to work only intermittently, unless it is being switched off because it is located just outside a complex of retirement flats.
