A338 Manor Road / Newbury Street, whole length opposite memorial park, hedge invading footway. Very dangerous placing pedestrians at edge of kerb next to vehicles. Particularly bad where there is poor visibility opposite Broadwater Place and by the access/egress to the Memorial Park car park.
