Persistent Flooded road

This corner is always flooding; it is a real safety issue, because it's a blind bend and traffic coming from both directions tends to move out towards the outside verge, raising the possibility of head-on collision. Many in this village can confirm that there is a road drain at the inside edge/apex of this corner, although this has in the past been denied by the relevant utilities. Letters have been sent (eg in 2006), and notes to Fix My Street emailed, to no avail. We would be pleased if Highways or Thames Water could satisfy themselves of the existence of the drain, and fix the problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
