Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Overgrown tree obstructing streetlight , was reported July 2019, tree was trimmed slightly but requires a big lop off the top or removing. It’s planted within 1M of street light. Last report said not adopted yet so had to be sorted by developer. Have been living here since 2002. Thanks

We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by OCC in the County’s capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is maintainable by the Local District/Town Council and not by the County Council. We endeavour to transfer this enquiry to them; however, you may also wish to contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.
Many Thanks for your enquiry.
