Please see attached photos of drainage works which should have been finished on 26th May… Today 19th June… Flooding continues with no sign of workman for the last 2 weeks plus. Large hole left is over flowing with water and a danger, as is the manholes further down the road. The road is now showing signs of cracking. Thames Water fob off any complaint. Please address urgently.

  • There is also now some kind of green slime growing in this flow, which will in due course cause a skid hazard, and is probably contributing to the breakdown of the surface of the road.

2 Months… On the 21st June, a contractor stopped the leak in 2hrs and left. Today is the new date of ‘Fixed by’ and today’s photos attached. Does it look fixed?! Continual running water, dangerous hole, waste material, blocking of a public footpath, traffic hazard, rubble all over the place… Can’t wait for the next ‘Don’t waste Water’ campaign. An utter embarrassment ~ Perhaps a different contractor?
