4ft wide pothole

Reported via mobile in the Pothole category anonymously at 20:27, Fri 18 June 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are two very large potholes along this road that has been there for at least 8 months. I have previously reported them and was told they were fixed when in fact they haven’t been.

They are dangerous as it is causing cars to swerve onto on coming traffic/other side of road to avoid them. They are also going to be damaging cars. The location of the potholes are near a new building site along upavon way. This site also shows that these potholes have been reported by others, yet still not fixed.

    Still open, via questionnaire

  • This road is in an awful state. The 4-5ft wide pothole that was reported is still there and the entire stretch of road from the Burford Rd crossroad all the way to the business park traffic lights is riddled not only with pot holes but with poorly repaired road surface. This stretch of road needs resurfacing, there is only so much you can patch it. I have witnessed several vehicles swerving into the path of oncoming traffic to avoid the rough surface.
