23 post in 30 months ON THE SAME PONDING PROBLEM.

Why have OCC failed to action this single stormwater problem at the speed bump? The solution to rectify the badly constructed speed bump (ie no gullers formed at endsagainst kerb). How many more times do I need to report the problem for OCC to action?
