The drains outside 45 and 47 Wallingford Road are full to the top with mud. We cannot exit our property (No. 47) without getting soaked, cannot go in our front garden because cars are going through the flood water and it’s coming over our boundary wall into the garden, the water hitting our wall is causing damage to the wall and it is also impossible to walk along the pavement safely. This is a recurring problem with the drains and needs rectifying urgently before an accident happens. Also who will be responsible for the damage being caused to our boundary wall?

These photos were taken when trying to exit our property this morning. Every time it rains we have to dodge the traffic to avoid getting drenched. The flooding is now from the kerb to the white line in the centre of the road and the footpath is also flooded.
