Overgrown hedges along narrow restricted path

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This pathway can be very crowded, by pedestrians, including people with child buggies, and also cyclists. The railing limits ability to avoid other users, it is very crowded at school access times. With Covid people try to distance but it is impossible here with the railing one side, and the overgrown bushes along the Police Station boundary. Trimming the hedge would help considerably, with the recent warmer weather growth has been considerable, and is continuing.
