Road markings re-painted over failed road surface
Reported via Android in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 19:18, Thursday 17 June 2021
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
'Slow' markings re-painted overnight, over failed road surface, despite previous FixMyStreet responses that this wouldn't be undertaken and commitment by Bill Cotton of Oxfordshire County Council to the local MP that a road condition survey would be undertaken and to see if anything can be done to alleviate the noise/vibration problem being caused to neighbouring properties due to the failed surface. The road surface needs to be planed-off and re-surfaced completely, flush with the neighbouring sections of carriageway, to reduce vibration from large/heavy vehicles which is affecting the sleep of neighbours and damaging their properties.
