White line demarking footpath worn away

There has been a line demarking the parking/turning area from the footpath in front of Standlake Post Office and The Bell. This has almost worn away and constitutes a hazard for those using the footpath and vehicles blocking it. This is especially a problem for the disabled and parents with buggies etc.

  • This report has been closed. However the issue has been passed to the relevant team for consideration for future programmed works. Our road marking budget has been allocated for the financial year 2021/22. This will be considered, along with a lot of other areas, for the 2022/23 financial year.
