Reported via mobile anonymously at 16:33, Thu 17 June 2021

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Very close to bring hit by e-scooter coming from Carfax to Westgate on Queen Street. Do cycle bans 10.00 to 18.00 apply to e-scooter? No clear signage. 15.00 Wednesday. Pushing my bike.

Council ref: ENQ21897801

  • Still finding that e-scooters are on pavements and on shared use paths where they are not taking care around pedestrians or cyclists. At night they are often on the road with NO LIGHTS. Yesterday around 6 p.m. I saw 2 teenaged girls on ONE e-scooter, whizzing along George Street, no helmets.
