Overgrown grass verge almost 6ft high

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The Fringford Road and the Bicester Road from junction with Springfield road Caversfield to the Stratton Audley Road, the grass verges are over grown so much that it is dangerous and encroaching on the norrow country lane. I have had near misses where people are driving to avoid the grass verge and this morning narrowly avoid hitting a monk jack deer that was hiding in the built up, almost 6ft high grass and jumped out in front of my car. This is extremely dangerous now and I predict that if its not fixed it will cause a major Road collision. I use this road 4 times a day and it's used by runners and cyclist and with the verges so overgrown at the moment they have no where to go in an emergency.
