Path and road crumbling away

The tar mac is crumbling away creating holes, I have already tripped because of the caravel caused, and I am recovering from a broken hip. This path needs re tarmacing, the road on the roundabout is not doing much better, there are pot holes on here but there was not enough space to send photos
