Tree Blocking access to 53 Andersey Way

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later
On the path behind the houses there is a tree at the back of 51/53 Andersey Way. We have cut it back but with a few months its completely grown and blocked access to 53 Andesey way.
