Deep chunk missing from corner of flag stone on pavement outside the Cook Shop on the High Street, near junction with Priory Lane.

Reported via mobile in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 11:40, Tue 15 June 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later

I caught my foot in this and fell badly hurting my knees, forearms and ribs. I could easily have broken my wrists if I had put my hands down first. Very concerned this may happen to someone else.

Council ref: ENQ21897519

  • Thank you for taking action but it appears another trip hazard nearby has been highlighted with white paint but the hazard I reported has not been. You will see from the photo I reported a deep chipped paving stone outside the door of the Cook Shop. This is the paving stone that caused me to trip and fall.

  • KEEP CLEAR sign at the junction of High St and Priory Lane completely worn out. This is causing significant traffic flow issues.
