Very deep hole cause by vehicles cutting the corner on grass verge

There has been a very deep hole in the grass verge caused by vehicles cutting the corner near the slip road on Weston Road, Lewknor. Due to the deepness of the hole this is a potential trip hazard. Please could this be filled asap
