Retina destroying street light

Reported via desktop in the Street lighting category anonymously at 13:17, Mon 14 June 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This street light was replaced with an LED one last week. This new light is very large and because it is now LED it is much brighter than any other light on the road. This is causing significant light pollution and it lights up my house even when the curtains are drawn. The new light is excessive for this residential area and it is affecting my sleep. Please could you put a shield on the light so it doesn't shin into the Seven Acres estate or replace it with a light appropriate for a residential area.
