These branches are now too large for domestic cutting and need attention from a professional. These are now affecting the light into my garden. Trees are located on the OCC pathway behind my house. These have never been attended to in the 12 years I have lived here. Should one break and fall it will damage my house and or items in my garden. Wodc state that they are not responsible for this maintenance.

  • We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by OCC in the County‚Äôs capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is maintainable by the Local District/Town Council and not by the County Council. We endeavour to transfer this enquiry to them; however, you may also wish to contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.

    Many Thanks for your enquiry.
