The footpath in this section is marked by a number of oak posts to try and stop vehicles from overhanging the footpath when passing round the bend. 5 or 6 of the posts are now missing and with the failing of the surface there is a danger that large vehicle will overhang the footpath and strike a pedestrian causing serious injury.
