Decrepid pavement for cyclists to cross junction safely.

It is very difficult to cross the A420 as a cyclist - one of the ways is here at Bessels Leigh (where the southern fork of Besselsleigh Road meets the A420). Unfortunately, due to the state of the pavement, and there being no lip of the curb and it being very narrow, it is difficult for cyclists (or walkers) to get onto the pavement and thus safely cross the busy junction. I have been using this junction for cycling for two years.
