The road at the junction of Newscut Lane and Claydon Road has broken up in numerous areas and the white line road markings have disappeared causing confusion and possible danger to road users Deep potholes on Claydon Road where vehicles enter Newscut Lane

  • This issue was reported over a month ago and it appears that its status is still "investigating". When will this work be carried out at this dangerous and busy junction?

  • Thank you for your report. The Highways Inspector has confirmed there are no safety defects at this location at the present time. Our Road Marking budget has been allocated for this financial year however, this matter will be considered during the next financial year.
