Street lamp not working

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The lamp IN BERTIE PARK has not been working for months. You told me that you had fixed a street lamp in Donnington Road and declared the issue closed so that I was unable to update. Maybe I should start a hunger strike until the street lamp is fixed?
