Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The state of the road has got steadily worse over the past few months and it came to a head yesterday when one of the Clubs clients walked into the worst hole and fell. They had to go to hospital and have been diagnosed with a sprained ankle which will take up to 6 weeks to mend.

My mother was the person injured after falling due to the pothole, as listed above. As a result of her injury, she is no longer able to be independent and walk herself to the October Club. Along with this loss of independence, she has also had difficulty standing and her dementia has been affected. We needed to contact Adult Social Services and get an emergency referral to the Duty Occupational Therapist who has needed to supply additional equipment at home as a direct result of this pothole fall. My mother is also now needing to take regular analgesia, as prescribed by the GP, for pain as a result of the fall.

Please could you tell me why these potholes have not yet been fixed despite causing injury to a client with dementia at the October Club?
