Large tree roots under the pavement.

In the alleyway between the end of Aston Close through to Blenheim Road, Banbury, there is a large tree root under the tarmac, which is causing a very large hump in the pavement/pathway. This is very dangerous. I walk this way often, but this morning I fell over the protruding root and caused injuries to my hands and knees, also caused me intensive bruising. My fall also caused my silver bracelet to come undone and I lost a couple of my silver charms, which I have been unable to find due to the leaves and dead blossom on the ground in the area. This is very dangerous to pedestrians, especially disabled or partially sighted/blind people.
