Issue has apparently been experienced for last few years from previous residents on Dog Lane. Every time heavy rain is experienced the surface water from the main road due to lack of drainage and blocked drains as well as overflow pipes onto Dog Lane causes Dog Lane to flood and a torrent of water to pass down the track, causing damage to the track that makes it nearly impassable and could damage vehicles trying to drive down the track to access the properties. Drainage needs to be sorted to prevent further damage/erosion to track and prevent the possibilities of any flooding
