Dip in the road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 5 minutes later
There is a dip adjacent to the verge that becomes a puddle when it rains. Cars drive through it and splash water up the wall of the house (the dark area on the stonework is years of water damage), the pointing is starting to fail and the air brick has started to corrode, thus costing money to fix in the future. The cause was Gigaclear digging a trench for the cables and the tarmac being laid lower at the edge of the verge causing it to puddle. Ideally the road needs levelling/raising to stop the water from damaging the wall further. If the area is excavated, then it needs to be a proper proper job, otherwise I will be contacting you to complain about a pothole!
