  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have assessed the trees along with a Highway Records Officer on 21/6/2021 and the trees have been identified as the boundary feature to the public highway and are therefore the responsibility of the adjacent landowner. We informed the site supervisor (he was covering the normal supervisor) on the day about our assessment and he advised that he will pass the information on to the site manager, Clive Wiggins. I also advised that the trees should be inspected by a professional and any low branches within proximity of the highway should be addressed.
