Water bubbling up from surface water drain and flooding garden
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The surface water drain is blocked to rear of Meadow Shaw, RG8 0TN. Water is now bubbling up and flooding the garden and close to the shed as it cannot flow down to the farthest man hole. Please can you come and clear the drain again asap.

Water is flooding out again and has blown the drain lid off. Appreciate you clearing the drains on the road but this surface water drain is blocked at its far end in our garden. Please send someone to clear it out asap, as you have done before. The very kind gentlemen who came to visit had no idea about drains or who was responible for cleaning.

We still need the land drain cleared please. The surface water run off from the road drains into our garden. Ours is about the only functional drain in the road now so has extra heavy use when it rains. Clearing the drains in the road has no effect as most are blocked or broken and the problem is at the bottom end of the drain, not at the road end. Looking forward to meeting another engineer on site very soon.

Still waiting for someone to come and clear the drain please. Still flooding in heavy rain. It would be even better if you would clear the blocked and broken surface water drains along the road but as that is unlikely to happen then please could you clear this one from the bottom?

Still flooding in heavy rain. Why can the council not come to clean out the drain as they have done in the past?? Would be nice to at least have a conversation about this with someone from the council.
