Damaged lamppost

It appears someone may have driven in to this lamp post. Not sure how safe this is. It has been partially uprooted. It is on a corner and in front of houses so could damage people, cars and the surrounding houses. I have noticed it for approximately 1 week.

    It appears damage has worsened! Lamp post is uprooted and I have no idea how safe this is. Please can someone fix this!

    The uprooting was fixed yesterday but since they have done it the light is constantly on.
