Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
I have lived here for over a year and am very concerned about the number of speeding vehicles on this section of road leading to the Mill Street roundabout. I would estimate >90% of cars are breaching the speed limit. Please can you consider monitoring this and taking measures such as introducing a speed camera or speed bumps to keep the area safe for residents and children.

Thank you for your enquiry. I have visited the site and assessed the problem that you have identified. Unfortunately Oxfordshire County Council do not have the resources to add speed humps or a speed camera at this time.
Thames Valley Police is the best place to contact about this issue, as they will be able to monitor the situation and they have the power to enforce the speed limit.
State changed to: Investigation complete
