Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

It has not been fixed as evidenced by the water not draining away every time it rains, contrary to what you have claimed.

  • Until we have heavy rain again, not possible to declare it fixed. But when last rain it still shows as blocked.

  • Last time we had significant rainfall (10 days ago), the drain backed up leaving a large puddle as before.

  • Still overflows when rainfall is significant. Solution is probably more costly than Local Authority is prepared to invest!
