It has not been fixed as evidenced by the water not draining away every time it rains, contrary to what you have claimed.

Until we have heavy rain again, not possible to declare it fixed. But when last rain it still shows as blocked.

Last time we had significant rainfall (10 days ago), the drain backed up leaving a large puddle as before.
