It has not been fixed as evidenced by the water not draining away every time it rains, contrary to what you have claimed.

  • Until we have heavy rain again, not possible to declare it fixed. But when last rain it still shows as blocked.

  • Last time we had significant rainfall (10 days ago), the drain backed up leaving a large puddle as before.
