There has now been a drainage issue for over 1yr now. The gully in the photo highlighted with yellow dot has been cleaned and inspected. Discussing with team and inspection they agreed cleaning and jetting was not going to resolve the problem. They advised this would need further inspection. Currently the gully immediately floods over and surface water then comes down the road, hiding the kerb edge outside of our property and coming into the drive and flooding the garden. Moreover due to the camber on the road drivers aren't realizing the depth and this is becoming dangerous. It is now occurring every time it has rained in the last week. The drainage team came to clean the gullies last week but on discussion said they couldn't and wouldn't address the gully in yellow as it is now flagged yet according to ref:2254076 matter is closed. . The issue is clearly not yet resolved and would appreciate a response
