Light STILL out

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Light number 02 in the alleyway off Gilke's Yard has been out for over a year.

It IS a council light as I have spoken to someone at the council who has confirmed this.

It is NOT the light at the front of the property which was fixed last week (but wasn't faulty). My postcode is Broughton Road which is NOT the same as said lamp post which is at the back of the property.

I DO NOT know the postcode of the alleyway as I don't live in said alleyway.

This is AT LEAST the 8th time I have reported the issue and it is getting beyond a joke.

You sent me an email which suggested said lamppost may be privately owned... Are you suggesting someone would erect lampposts in a public alleyway, identical to council ones along with ID numbers!?

Your email also asked confirmation of lamppost number which was included in initial report. Said email had no link or way of replying hence ANOTHER new report.

How on earth do we get this fixed????????????????
