West Oxfordshire District council - we have had a report from a customer concerned over this as needles are down there - please see below - please can you investigate as if needles there is hazardous - Thank you There is an underpass which floods a lot of the time and is full of rubbish, sofas, trolleys and most shockingly, needles. Enquired when the drainage would be fixed and rubbish cleared but it still remains. It's located on the Upavon Way/Stanmore Crescent junction.
