The drain outside 35 East Avenue is not in the actual lowest point in the pavement, this poor placement means that water pools in a large puddle outside no. 33 every time it rains. The area of flooding can get up to 3 inches deep in heavy rain and has led to packages left outside the door being water damaged. We have to jump over a large puddle every time it rains and this would make the house inaccessible for anyone with disabilities when it rains.
