Sunken pavement and damaged road

It appears that there is damage to the road in the highlighted area and the pavement has also cracked and sunk.

This has created a significant V shape between the pavement and road causing damage to the underside of cars when entering and exiting the private parking spaces.

This is located to the left hand side of the Oxford blue pub on Marston Street, I am unsure how long this has been an issue but as it is now causing vehicle damage and urgent repair would be ideal.
