B4507 pothole comes back from the dead every 4 weeks

This pothole, travelling eastbound on b4507, just before Ham Rd junction returns every 4 weeks or so.
* Reported 11/5. * You say since assessed & closed as 'does not currently meet the criteria for intervention', * Photo from 12/5 attached.
Please kindly explain, using the attached photo, how:-
1) the left pothole, which exceeds 4" deep, which was repaired the time before last and
2) the right-hand damage, which was repaired most recently, ~4 weeks ago
'does not currently meet the criteria for intervention' on a major artery road, with high volumes of traffic, now or in the very near future?

Pothole constantly reported, repairs undertaken are not satisfactory. This was reported again immediately after the “repair” was last carried out because it immediately started to break apart. The response was that it did not meet the criteria for repair. What will it take to get this repaired properly? This needs to be looked at urgently
