The tree trunk has snapped, and the tall mature tree is only being supported by its neighbour. This is on a road frequently walked by villagers and schoolchildren as they access through Shiplake.

  • Thank you for the report. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees present are on land maintainable by an adjacent landowner and not by the County Council.
