Deep depression in the pavement catching car undercarriage

We have recently moved into a property on 7 Ferry Road. We would like to use our accessible drive to park our cars, but unfortunately this depression in the pavement and road outside our property means that the undercarriage of the car catches the kerb when turning onto the drive. The car is a Hyundai with reasonable suspension height.
We are wondering if this depression can be filled so that we can use the drive and remove our cars from the road.
