New street lighting not yet working

Reported via desktop in the Street lighting category anonymously at 09:14, Wednesday 5 May 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

A street light was removed and 4 new street lamps installed opposite Chestnut Drive and Dutton Wick. This works ended on 27/04. One week on and having had the one light that did work, removed. None of the new lights work! They may have yet be signed off and activated granted but having finished the long overdue work. Can someone please now finish the job.

  • Still not working and all signs and bollards have now been blown over/scattered around from the weekend. I still struggle to see how a new installation (that clearly wasn't checked) now needs a repair). There is now a large hole in the grass verdge with no warnings or protections around it. No one yet on site either.
