Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The wall is on Highlands. It is difficult to say how dangerous the wall itself is, but the temporary barriers are definitely a hazard. For everyone's safety, I think the best thing would be to repair it asap. If one of these barriers falls down in the wind and knocks a child into the road that would not be good.

Thank you for your report. Highways erected the barriers and cleared the footway in this location to make the area safe. The wall is the responsibility of the adjacent landowner to maintain and repair. I will arrange for the barriers to be collected today.
