Stone wall seems structurally unsafe, bricks littering pavement

Reported via mobile anonymously at 13:55, Tuesday 4 May 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

The stone retaining wall all the way up Tower Hill (on the right hand side as you go up the hill) is bowed, cracked and every week has more stones falling out onto the pavement leaving large holes in the wall. The bricks are a trip hazard and the wall looks increasingly unstable. As a retaining wall for the higher land behind it there seems to be a significant risk of serous or even fatal injury if the wall gives way while someone is on the pavement.
