Ground water seeping through road surface

Reported via iOS by Mark Murray (Fairford Leys resident) at 12:56, Tuesday 4 May 2021

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

The road surface is permanently wet with sub-surface water rising through the road substrate and onto the surface, where it sits.

This will damage the road surface if not prioritised for remedial works.

There are now three reports for the same hazard. Is the council taking this up?
