Bollard missing on pathway leaving hole exposed and metal spike pointed up

Bollard covering alleyway near to 25 Dagdale drive has been knocked off/removed by unknown persons leaving hole exposed and metal spike sticking upwards. This is a regular used pathway by all including youngsters to school and dogs that all could injure themselves due to both hole and metal. Bollard not found nearby

Thank you for your report. Remaining part of bollard has been removed. Cones have been temporarily left over the open socket hole, with a request for this to be made safe with sand and tarmac top. The Traffic Team have been made aware of the location and details of the bollard so it can be replaced. Unfortunately there is no time scale as yet for its replacement. This report is now closed.
