Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
I have reported the row of dead trees in front of 2 Manor Fields on two occasions. 15th Jan 2020 and 24th March 2020. Ref number 1938541. At around 3pm today when I was unloading my shopping from the back of my car. I hear a loud crack and a tree immediately a fell towards me. It missed me but hit my neighbour's car. This is the second time this has happened. It also just missed a car coming down the hill. OCC have confirmed they are responsible for these trees. Are they waiting for a death to action this hazard?

This feels like complete incompetence, the problems with these dead trees have been reported multiple times, with no action taken other than to be told it was a highways matters and that residents or the parish were not allowed to do any maintenance work.
These trees have been falling in front of my house for the past 2 years and we the residents are left dealing with them when we get strong winds.
